Know Your Rights

If you have been a victim of violence, you have the right to feel safe, to be believed, and to seek help from advocates. Please contact your local crisis intervention center for assistance if you feel unsafe or are seeking shelter.

Abusive people are often controlling and want to know your every move. From computers and cell phones, to your daily routine; if you think your activities are monitored there are resources to help.
